Women are considered as equally proficient gender as men, since the magazine highlights news regarding both men and women equally. April 5, 2013 publication talks about a female consultant chemist, Rachel Edwards-Stuart, and highlights her accomplishment in the lab. Both men and women are shown to be having the same level of intellect, engaging in professional meetings and conferences. The magazine does not portray gender biasing, and I get the idea that both the genders are equally professional in their fields otherwise, there are many other magazines that emphasize the intellect and wits of m en
